Scott Lloyd Anderson to judge 2010 show

Scott Lloyd Anderson paints plein air landscapes in the American Impressionist tradition. His approach to plein air painting centers around the “prismatic palette,” accurate draftsmanship and ideas about composition that he learned during his many years as an art director.

The Spring Show will be held April 30-May 2, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Duluth. Tom Hoff is Chair for the planning committee which is comprised of members of both The Arrowhead Art Club and the Lake Superior Watercolor Society.

“The theme for the Spring Show is ‘Superior Splash!,’ and the title for the Theme Painting category will be ‘Splash.’ We anticipate it will fire up lots of imagination after a typical Minnesota winter. Hope you like it,” says Tom.

The entry deadline for the Spring Show is March 26.
